  Extraordinary food with horrible service.
  
  I've heard from many people here in Sun City just how good the food is in this new restaurant. We agree, the food was simply outstanding. But they have some real issues with service. Its hard to know which of these factors is the issue: Not enough help, poorly trained help, or bad policies.
  When you walk in there is a large sign in the back that says "Order Here" however as we walked back we were intercepted by a server who said she'd seat us and help us.
  Really interesting menu. Lot of great choices. We went for meatloaf and for shrimp and grits. Both were just great. When we ordered my wife didn't want the okra that came with the meatloaf. When asked about what else she could get instead, the waitress said there were no substitutes. I asked if they didn't have some other veggie. She said she'd ask, but never told us anything further. It did come out with green beans, so apparently she was wrong, or the policy isn't clear.
  When we were done I ordered pie and ice cream. She told me, "when you're ready for dessert, come up to the counter and we'll get it." I'm sitting there with my cane visible. No interest in hiking to the counter, so I told her to forget it and she simply walked off.
  So I'll likely try this place one more time and hope for better service, because the food was a real treat. I should say there were only two people there, this server and the chef. They needed at least one more person to sell ice cream at the counter and take money. (You couldn't pay at the table.)
